This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Australian organisation as a Workforce Systems Specialist.
About the role:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience by supporting People and Culture teams with scalable, efficient, and compliant workforce systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the administration, enhancement, and integration of the UKG Pro Workforce Management system.
- Implementing system updates and new functionalities with minimal disruption.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert support to P&C Operations and Payroll teams.
- Ensuring systems meet legislative requirements, audits, and company policies.
- Collaborating with P&C and technology teams to enhance processes and maintain data integrity.
- Generating reports and analysing workforce data to inform business decisions.
- Designing processes to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Providing guidance on legislative obligations, enterprise agreements, awards, and employment policies.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in administering and implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management or equivalent systems.
- Strong knowledge of UKG/Kronos pay rules configuration and management.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and integrations with UKG/Kronos.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex systems.
- The ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of interpreting complex enterprise agreements and awards.
- Experience in process and procedural documentation.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
