Workforce Systems Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Australian organisation as a Workforce Systems Specialist.

About the role:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience by supporting People and Culture teams with scalable, efficient, and compliant workforce systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the administration, enhancement, and integration of the UKG Pro Workforce Management system.
  • Implementing system updates and new functionalities with minimal disruption.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert support to P&C Operations and Payroll teams.
  • Ensuring systems meet legislative requirements, audits, and company policies.
  • Collaborating with P&C and technology teams to enhance processes and maintain data integrity.
  • Generating reports and analysing workforce data to inform business decisions.
  • Designing processes to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Providing guidance on legislative obligations, enterprise agreements, awards, and employment policies.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in administering and implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management or equivalent systems.
  • Strong knowledge of UKG/Kronos pay rules configuration and management.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and integrations with UKG/Kronos.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex systems.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of interpreting complex enterprise agreements and awards.
  • Experience in process and procedural documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
