The role

We currently have an opportunity to join our Business Enablement team as Workforce Planning Analyst in a 18-month fixed term contract position. This opportunity is open to work from our Melbourne office in conjunction with our hybrid work from home options.

As a Workforce Planning Analyst, your role is to support the organisation's workforce effectiveness by providing analytical, coordination, and operational support to workforce planning initiatives.

Reporting to the Workforce Planning Lead, you will contribute to the development and execution of supply and demand models, assist in capability mapping, and help ensure that internal and external resources are aligned to meet evolving business needs. Your ability to work with data, collaborate across teams, and adapt to changing priorities will be key to your success to serve our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in analysing current and future workforce capabilities, identifying skill gaps, and supporting development programs through data collection and feedback.
  • Maintain and update workforce supply and demand models, analyse labour trends and attrition, and contribute to forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support workforce planning, onboarding/offboarding, and improve engagement and resourcing processes.
  • Track vendor engagements, liaise with suppliers to address capability gaps, and support coordination of training and onboarding activities.
  • Help develop and maintain KPIs, support reporting on capacity and utilisation, and contribute to performance measurement through data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, document controls, and proactively manage and escalate risks, issues, or breaches.
About you
  • Minimum 5 years in workforce development (or similar) with vendor management & contingent labour model component essential
  • Excellent communication & relationship management skills essential
  • Experience in an in-house studio setting with both technical and non-technical teams preferred but not essential
  • Qualification or experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or similar approaches preferred but not essential
Bringing our best to life - why join us?
  • We do work that makes a genuine difference to our customers, partners and community.
  • We have a supportive, inclusive and flexible team culture, including hybrid working.
  • We support your growth and development, and careers across our business units and teams that are as unique as our people.
  • We reward and celebrate our successes, through our incentive and recognition programs.
  • We offer tools, resources and benefits to support your wellbeing, including additional lifestyle leave.
  • We connect and celebrate our diversity at work through our social committees and employee groups, and we contribute to our community with paid volunteer leave and through our Reconciliation Action Plan and sustainability commitments.
We celebrate the diversity of our customers and community, and we embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into how we do business. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, cultures, experiences, and identities.
Should an applicant be the preferred candidate, background checks (including Federal Police Checks, Employment checks, ASIC banned and disqualified persons and Bankruptcy checks) will be completed prior to the candidate's employment being confirmed.
