Role Overview:

As a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional, this role is responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative, contractual, and regulatory requirements across two client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Quality Assurance (QA), encompassing incident reporting, auditing, and investigations.
  • Maintain and enhance HSE systems, documentation, and processes to align with industry best practice standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills with proven experience in managing records, reports, and compliance systems.
  • Background in WHS and QA – experience within facilities management, construction, or property sectors highly regarded.
  • Working knowledge of incident investigation, auditing, and compliance processes.
  • Certificate IV in WHS (minimum) required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship is essential due to on-site security requirements.
