About the Role

Hawaiian Group is a leading Western Australian property company with a diverse portfolio of shopping centres, office buildings, and hospitality assets. As a Senior Leasing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of our retail portfolio, working closely with our General Manager Leasing and Centre Manager, Claremont Quarter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, negotiate, and contract new retailers that align with our asset vision and strategy.
  • Negotiate and contract existing retailers to ensure they meet our asset vision and strategy.
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies, including tenancy mix strategies and leasing plans.
  • Manage lease negotiations, documentation, and instructions to the Lease Administrator.
  • Introduce new and existing tenants to fit-out procedures and expectations, ensuring effective communication with the Tenancy Fit-out Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to introduce new tenants and manage expectations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of market trends and movements in retail leasing transactions.
  • Work with General Manager Leasing, General Manager Claremont Quarter, and Centre Manager to prepare leasing forecasts and budgets.
  • Assist with the management of all legal and insurance requirements pertaining to leases.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years retail leasing experience, with project leasing highly regarded.
  • Current REBA Sales Registration.
  • Valid Driver's License and road-worthy vehicle essential.
  • Qualifications, training, and development in shopping centre leasing, or equivalent work experience.
