Club Management Opportunity

As a dynamic and inspiring leader, you will take on the role of Club Manager at our Canberra City location. This exciting position offers a unique blend of sales leadership, customer service, and operational management.

  • Sales Leadership: You will drive membership growth and retention through exceptional customer service and proactive sales strategies.
  • Team Management: You will lead and develop a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.

In this varied and challenging role, you will be responsible for managing the overall financial and operational aspects of your club. This includes managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and making strategic decisions to drive business success.

As a successful Club Manager, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You will also have a passion for fitness and sales, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, members, and external partners.
  • Experience in managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and making strategic decisions.
  • A passion for fitness and sales, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

We are proud to offer a competitive salary package, including an OTE of $100,000-$110,000 (made up of base salary & uncapped commissions), plus super.
