About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Operations Lead to join our team in Canberra, Sydney, and Melbourne. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our government clients' ICT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies aligned with government regulations and standards.
  • Lead incident response and risk management efforts, ensuring prompt and effective mitigation of potential threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address cybersecurity gaps and vulnerabilities.
  • Analyse and evaluate emerging cybersecurity threats, recommending strategic responses to mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in government cybersecurity compliance requirements and extensive experience in their application across the entire ICT framework.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate response for cybersecurity incidents and threats.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research, detect, and establish effective treatments for risks in ICT systems.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies for cybersecurity monitoring, detection, and response.
