Job Description:

Workday HR Systems Analyst

This role is responsible for executing configuration, managing operational health, and enabling automation across Workday modules.

  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, condition rules, security groups, time off rules, and org structure.
  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end testing cycles for Workday changes.
  • Develop and maintain reusable test scripts and scenarios to ensure consistency across releases.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Enterprise SaaS platforms, including Workday within medium to large enterprise environments.

They should be comfortable navigating Workday modules, including Core HCM and Advanced Compensation.
