Job Title:

Transformation Consultant

Description:

The role requires an expert to devise and execute comprehensive change management strategies across multiple initiatives. This will involve collaborating with senior stakeholders, coaching business SMEs, and integrating change activities with learning and communication deliverables.

A successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile project delivery, be skilled in creating engaging communications, and have experience working closely with Technology teams.

They will also need to be able to work autonomously, apply Change Management frameworks, and utilize excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project and people engagement related change management experience
  • Proven experience delivering Change, Communications, and Learning activities for large-scale transformation or technology initiatives
  • Experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Payroll, and Time & Labour Management (TLM)
  • Ability to understand how changes impact end-to-end systems and value chains
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and project management skills
