Child Development Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Administrator to join our team as an Officer in the Child Development Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting frontline clinical staff, providing exceptional customer service, managing correspondence, and maintaining data integrity.
This role requires flexibility and the ability to work across multiple locations. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in two diverse settings: Coorparoo Child Development and Keperra Child Development.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients and their families, providing professional support and assistance, including phone inquiries.
- Provide location information and directions within the facility and other CYCHS locations.
- Manage, distribute, and sort correspondence and deliveries efficiently.
- Undertake administrative tasks to support patient flow, care, and movements within the facility.
- Maintain accurate data by checking patient information and billing systems, modifying/updating records to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Sustain and provide support in accordance with organizational policies and procedures for medical and administrative records.
- Contribute to achieving administrative goals and key performance indicators, undertaking specific administration duties as directed.
