Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Leader to lead our The Way Back Support Services team based in Caboolture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operational management of The Way Back Support Service program and operational supervision of Support Coordinators.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

The Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of support coordinators to deliver high-quality support services;
  • Managing client intake and case allocation processes, ensuring appropriate assessment, planning, and casework practices are applied;
  • Overseeing documentation to uphold minimum data reporting and duty of care requirements;
  • Actively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support clients with skill development, capacity building, and community connections.

You will need:

  • A degree in a human services-related field with at least one year of relevant experience, or less formal qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience;
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide a talented team, drive success, innovation, and growth together;
  • A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity;
  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered roadworthy and insured vehicle (minimum third-party property);
  • To undergo criminal history screening and obtain and maintain a valid NDIS worker screening clearance pursuant to the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld).
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $106,000 - $111,000 per year.
