About our Opportunity:
As a Disability Support Worker with Discover Nursing Australia, you will have the opportunity to work on a contractual basis, providing you with greater control over your role and responsibilities. This includes setting your own hours and choosing the type of services you wish to offer to participants.

Job Details:
- We regularly receive new roles with varying shifts, including afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays, which may attract additional allowances.
- Some roles may require transporting participants to access community services, such as appointments, movies, shopping, or school, for which you will receive a transport allowance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Australian Business Number (ABN), which can be easily obtained for free if registered under your personal name.
- Proof of Right to Work in Australia, such as Australian Citizenship or a valid Grant Visa.
- Relevant Australian qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support.
- Current Police Clearance, which must be obtained within three years.
- First Aid and CPR Certificates, which must be renewed every three years and one year, respectively.
- Completion of the Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' from the NDIS Commission website.
Estimated Salary: $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience and location.
