Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing international company has arisen for a motivated individual to take on the role of Sales and Customer Service Representative.

This is a customer-facing position that offers a unique blend of sales and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will have the chance to interact with customers, process orders, and work closely with our warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate will be a natural team player with great interpersonal and communication skills, able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, responding promptly to enquiries by telephone, visitors, and deliveries.
  • Follow up on customer quotes to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure seamless communication and coordination of orders and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Naturally be a team player with a desire to provide exceptional customer service, consistently delivering high standards of quality and care.
  • Have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or a similar industry.
  • Be great at multitasking and prioritizing, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Display great interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess basic numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all orders and dispatch documentation are completed correctly.
