Job Title: Senior Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to work on various projects in Melbourne.

This full-time role involves working at head office and occasional trips to job sites around Melbourne.

About the Role
  • Develop deep understanding of projects and client needs.
  • Evaluate, approve and negotiate contracts and terms.
  • Create project budgets, issue purchase orders and approve suppliers' invoices.
  • Manage project finances, tasks and timelines.
  • Prepare weekly reports and project forecasting.
  • Assist Operations Manager/Project Manager/Site Foreman to manage project details including program, schedules, deliverables and resources.
About You
  • Construction Management or Quantity Surveying Degree, Diploma level or building trade background or suitable experience.
  • High computer literacy – including MS Word, Excel and Project proficiency.
  • Experience in Contract Administration.
  • Proficient in project planning, drawings knowledge and document management.
  • Financial planning and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full Drivers Licence.
