Lead Educator Role

Oxanda Education aims to deliver top-notch early childhood education and care services. Our focus on nurturing environments and innovative curriculum enables us to support the growth and development of every child in our care.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee multiple Early Education Services. This individual will ensure compliance with licensing regulations, company policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will provide leadership, mentorship, and support to Centre Managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

This role involves monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and educational programs provided, implementing improvements and innovations as needed.

The Lead Educator will develop and implement strategies to attract and retain families, driving enrolment and revenue growth.

This position requires managing budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for the area, optimising efficiency and profitability.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with families, educators, and the community, serving as a trusted advocate for children's well-being and development.

Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders is essential to support organisational goals and initiatives.

  • This role requires a minimum Diploma in Early Education.
  • A current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, curriculum development, and regulatory requirements is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills are required.
  • The ability to lead and motivate teams, inspire excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement is crucial.
