**Job Opportunity for a Centre Director**">

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our early education centre. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that fosters the growth and development of children.

The Centre Director will play a pivotal role in inspiring and empowering the team to deliver outstanding service that consistently strives to exceed National Quality Standards. This involves upholding child-safe practices, guiding the team in creating a safe and supportive environment, and ensuring continuous improvement.

  • You're a natural leader who's passionate about early childhood education, values relationships, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Centre Director or similar leadership role is required.
  • A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education is essential, along with a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, Child Safety Standards, and National Quality Standards.
  • Proven experience in implementing child safety standards and ensuring compliance is necessary.
  • A current Working with Children Check and Police Check are mandatory requirements.
