Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with customers. This exciting opportunity allows you to work independently and create a schedule that suits your needs and those of your customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify business opportunities and provide high-level customer consultation to build long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Effectively manage time and territory, creating daily schedules that optimize sales potential within your designated area.
  • Represent the company in the marketplace, possessing technical knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Track progress using Salesforce to record interactions and sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification, highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to learn quickly, motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Hands-on attitude, comfortable demonstrating tools to customers and collaborating across departments.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Valid full driver's license, as a company car will be provided.
  • Engineering qualification or construction industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
