Key Marketing and Communications Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the internal communications, marketing, public relations, event management, and corporate social responsibility initiatives across three Australian brands.

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver engaging internal communications across multiple channels and distribution methods. The successful candidate will plan, source, and create content for internal communications, including copywriting and design. They will also develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective internal communications to drive positive employee engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans.
  • Manage marketing assets across all mediums.
  • Produce high-quality video, photography, and editing content for internal and external use.
  • Handle ad hoc public relations opportunities and content creation for the global LinkedIn page.
  • Draft and edit press releases and written Q&A interviews related to the three Australian brands.
  • Organize internal and external company events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, managing internal communications for a geographically diverse business with a multi-cultural workforce.
  • Strong design aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in videography, photography, and editing software, as well as digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and flexibility to work on multiple projects.
