About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Airport Services Agent in Melbourne, Australia.

This role requires delivering exceptional customer service at the airport, ensuring passengers receive top-notch quality service and adhering to safety policy and security standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level customer service at all touch points
  • Maintain constant liaison with Check-in, Boarding Gate, Ramp, Cargo, Lounge staff
  • Supervise service partners' activities for smooth passenger acceptance
  • Direct arriving/departing passengers to respective areas
  • Verify entry requirements (visas, residence permits) meet company standards
  • Coordinate with Cargo, Fueling company, Baggage Make up Area, aircraft loading team, catering suppliers for smooth turnaround
  • Handle company mail
  • Perform pre- and post-flight administration duties
  • Handle baggage claims
  • Ensure compliance with QR Safety and Security requirements
  • Achieve on-time performance

Requirements:
  • High school qualification combined with minimum 2 years experience in similar customer-facing role within airport environment
  • Knowledge of airport functions including passenger and baggage handling, Weight and Balance, and Dangerous Goods Regulations required
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends, essential
  • Candidate must have right to live and work in Australia
