We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Officer.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our customers, and ensuring their safe transfer to and from the airport.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating the front counter, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Taking phone reservations, checking in customers, and coordinating transportation services.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a full driver's license.
