Job Title:

Plough Crew/Plant Operators

Job Description:

This role involves significant travel and working away from home on a 21-day on / 7-day off roster.

You will be required to work in rural areas across NSW and may need to work long hours, typically 10–12-hour days. You will receive a generous living allowance whilst travelling along with working alongside a supportive site team.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working away in site teams or be based in regional NSW and able to commute to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rod, Rope & Hauling – hauling multiple cables by hand & machinery, quality checks.
  • Civil activities – repair blockages, operate plant and equipment such as dozer, excavator, vacuum trucks, winches, mobile cranes and HR trucks.
  • Labouring duties – cut and repair fences, undertake excavation using hand and mechanical methods.
Requirements:
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Current Construction White card.
