Store Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to oversee the successful operation of our store. As a motorcycle enthusiast, you will enjoy numerous perks, including staff discounts and bonus incentives.

About You:

  • You may currently be working in the motorcycling industry or have transferable skills; the key to success is confidence and experience to hit the ground running with a team who shares your passion for motorcycles.
  • You will need to be well-organised, possess a keen eye for visual merchandising, an understanding of stock integrity, and most importantly enjoy interacting with staff and customers.
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your store.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail management expertise
  • Demonstrated comprehension of retail performance indicators
  • Able to lead teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and motivational techniques to guide your team
  • Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets
  • Understanding of rostering
  • Able to train new staff – ensuring they comprehend expectations and can deliver results
