Key Responsibilities- Provide support and advice to the Project Director, Delivery Managers, and team
- Coordinate resources, equipment, meetings, and information
- Manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Liaise with customers and stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
- Project Coordinator experience gained in a similar industry/environment (Utilities, Construction, Infrastructure etc.)
- Proficiency in the use of relevant corporate information systems e.g. MS Project
- Sound knowledge of and proven experience in PC software i.e. Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
- Able to work in a fast-moving team environment effectively
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A current Australian driver's license
