About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Transgrid, a leading energy infrastructure company in Australia. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information for our HumeLink project, a new 500 kV transmission line project that will improve the flow of electricity between new generation sources and major demand centers in NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and advice to the Project Director, Delivery Managers, and team
  • Coordinate resources, equipment, meetings, and information
  • Manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
Requirements
  • Project Coordinator experience gained in a similar industry/environment (Utilities, Construction, Infrastructure etc.)
  • Proficiency in the use of relevant corporate information systems e.g. MS Project
  • Sound knowledge of and proven experience in PC software i.e. Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
  • Able to work in a fast-moving team environment effectively
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A current Australian driver's license
