As a Business Coach/Mentor, you will have the opportunity to transform business ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentoring and developing participants to achieve successful small business outcomes is a key aspect of this role.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting training in various skills sets and certificate programs with selected applicants.
  • Assisting with the development of business plans and financial tables is also an essential part of this job.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of small business operations, including cash flow and viability, is crucial for success in this role.
  • The ability to lead, mentor, coach, and educate participants in this program is vital.
  • Experience in data analysis and business planning is highly desirable.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills are necessary for developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • You must be able to work in an autonomous, dynamic, and flexible environment with a high level of customer service.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) and Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business BSB40320 are highly desirable qualifications.
