We are seeking a skilled and compassionate midwife care specialist to join our maternity team at a private hospital in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for women's health and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate midwifery care in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive midwifery care during antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods.
- Support and educate new mothers about breastfeeding, newborn care, and postnatal recovery.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, paediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver multidisciplinary care.
In this role, you will work closely with our team of experienced midwives and medical professionals to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, as well as advocating for individualized patient-centered care.
Requirements- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum two years' relevant post-registration qualifications/experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in the postnatal midwifery setting.
- Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement individualized patient-centered care.
