  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and current Asset Registers across the asset class.
  • Develop evidence-based business cases, reports, and recommendations by analyzing data, assessing risks, and evaluating costs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create integrated investment plans aligned with long-term infrastructure strategies, system reliability, and funding considerations.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of Transport Asset Management Strategic Assets and Services Plans (TAM SASP) and Asset and Services Plans (TAM ASP).
  • Provide assurance on safety, environmental, maintenance, and operational performance of the asset class.
  • Identify opportunities for asset improvements, including technology adoptions, upgrades, renewals, and divestments to optimize lifecycle value.
  • Participate in governance as the asset owner, approving changes related to acquisition, sustainment, renewal, and divestment activities.
