ERP Project Lead Opportunity

Seeking an experienced ERP project lead to spearhead Oracle NetSuite implementation in manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will possess strong understanding of operational workflows and business processes within manufacturing, as well as experience managing external ERP vendors/implementation partners.

This is a high-impact role where your experience will directly influence the future of national business. We are looking for a skilled professional to take ownership of a NetSuite rollout and drive real change.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and lead full Oracle NetSuite implementation from planning through to go-live.
    • Act as key interface between project board, business stakeholders, and third-party NetSuite partner.
    • Align system rollout with manufacturing operations (finance, warehousing, supply chain).
    • Own project governance, delivery roadmap, vendor coordination, risk, and change management.
    • Ensure strong user adoption and post-go-live support planning.
  • Requirements:
    • Recent hands-on experience delivering Oracle NetSuite into manufacturing or product-based business.
    • Ability to navigate project boards and senior stakeholders with ease.
    • Experience managing external ERP vendors/implementation partners.
    • Strong understanding of operational workflows and business processes within manufacturing.
    • Willingness to be on-site 3+ days per week to ensure effective delivery and engagement.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
