We are seeking a skilled Transformation Expert to join our Workday Practice in KPMG Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business transformation and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate client workshops to identify and address business challenges.
  • Translate client requirements into functional designs for seamless implementation.
  • Partner with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from design to go-live and hypercare.
  • Drive professional development by participating in training and learning from senior leaders.
  • Contribute to building our culture and capabilities through impactful initiatives.

Your Experience:

  • A proven track record of successful delivery on Workday HCM implementations.
  • Workday HCM certification/s.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritise to meet deadlines, and manage expectations.
  • Strategic critical thinking skills, with experience in solving complex problems and planning for the future.
  • Teambuilding experience and skills, with a passion for conducting high-quality work with diverse colleagues.
