Key Leadership Role

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead CEO-led initiatives, including special projects and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Oversee Executive Governance forums and Operating Rhythms for effective outcomes.
  • Provide advisory support to the CEO through structured data and recommendations.
  • Guide strategic direction and decision-making with insights into competitive positioning.
  • Develop and deliver strategic OKRs aligned to the CEO's transformation goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of change initiatives while managing risks and dependencies.
  • Build strong relationships across business units for cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements and Expectations
  • Extensive experience in top-tier management consulting or internal strategy roles.
  • Broad experience working at the organizational strategic level with knowledge of transformation principles.
  • Deep analytical skills with experience synthesizing complex information.
  • Experience preparing high-quality board and executive-level materials.
  • Significant exposure to corporate governance, project delivery lifecycles, or performance measurement frameworks.
  • Previous experience in a digital and data-led landscape, ideally in fintech, property, or financial services.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and ownership capability.
  • An agile mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic and commercially astute with ability to link big-picture operations.
  • Ability to influence across all levels and functions as a collaborative team player.
