You will work closely with our kitchen and marketing teams to innovate and elevate our service offering, making sure that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.


**Key Responsibilities:**


  • • Maintain high standards of food & beverage service excellence, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
  • • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • • Analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize menu offerings, pricing, and operational processes.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**


  • • Proven track record as a successful restaurant or hotel manager, preferably within a similar luxury setting.
  • • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • • Strong business acumen, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
