Transformative Consumer Marketing Leader

This pivotal role requires a seasoned market leader with a comprehensive B2B and B2C background to drive growth by leading marketing initiatives in the ANZ region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building on the internal reputation as a pioneer in consumer-centric marketing, partnering with commercial teams to drive enterprise value, and influencing key stakeholders including regional and global teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional leadership skills to ensure alignment between provider and consumer marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with revenue, product, and marketing colleagues to lead and shape impactful consumer marketing efforts.
- Own, lead, craft, and execute the ANZ health consumer marketing strategy in accordance with commercial objectives.
- Design and execute comprehensive multi-channel consumer marketing campaigns for the ANZ market.
- Lift overall awareness and lead generation for ANZ.
- A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Experience leading a small team and strong business acumen and analytical skills.
