Leadership Talent Acquisition Opportunity

We seek an experienced professional to embed high-impact talent partners into scaling businesses. This role involves building hiring processes, integrating into teams, and securing top leadership talent that shapes the future.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end hiring for director-level appointments across corporate functions, including finance, supply chain, sales, and commercial areas.
  • Partner closely with C-suite and senior leadership to define hiring strategies and processes.
  • Develop strong pipelines for high-calibre leadership talent across multiple markets.
  • Provide market insights, hiring data, and process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Act as a credible advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage.
Essential Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in senior-level recruitment, including agency, RPO, or in-house roles.
  • A strong track record in corporate hiring, particularly in finance, supply chain, sales, and commercial functions.
  • Experience with director/VP-level hiring, with exposure to occasional tech recruitment a plus.
  • A process-obsessed individual able to refine, implement, and follow best practice at scale.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in telecoms or large-scale enterprise organisations.
  • Familiarity with JAPAC talent markets and regional hiring challenges.
