Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Conference & Events team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate operations in Conference & Events and oversee a team of Food & Beverage Attendants
  • Be the face of our business and main point of contact for conference and event organisers
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure exceptional levels of service to clients & guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisor role, in a conference and events environment
  • Excellent communication & attention to detail
  • A leader who thrives in developing employees through training & upskilling
  • Strong work ethic, passion, and a genuine love of hospitality
