We are seeking a skilled Plant Operations Specialist to join our team in the Upper Hunter Valley.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating our state-of-the-art processing facility, achieving performance targets and ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the plant in accordance with procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct breakdown maintenance when necessary.
  • Inspect operational equipment regularly to detect defects and take corrective actions.
  • Perform routine plant inspections to assess condition and plan maintenance work.
Requirements:
  • Trade Qualified – Australian recognised Electrical or Mechanical Qualification.
  • Commitment to working rotating shifts – day and night rosters.
  • Prior work experience in mining, civil, or an industrial environment.
  • Residency in the Upper Hunter Valley, NSW, or willingness to relocate.
