Culinary Professional Development Opportunity

We are seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Commercial Cook Apprentices. If you possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for culinary arts, we encourage you to apply.

As an apprentice with us, you will work full-time alongside experienced chefs to develop the skills and techniques required to become a qualified commercial cook. You will be studying a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be a skilled chef.

  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking, adhering to menu and recipes.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering, and food preparation schedules.
  • Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring food hygiene and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
