Job Description
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Manage and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain the integrity of financial records, resolving discrepancies and errors in a timely manner.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations based on analysis, supporting business decision-making and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.
  • Support the audit process and liaise with external auditors as needed, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A recognised qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and principles, including proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and identify solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across all levels, promoting effective collaboration and teamwork.
