Job Description:

As a Vehicle Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our e-vehicles.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Vehicle Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and refurbishments to our e-vehicles.
  2. Inventory Management: Working closely with our Operations team to monitor and maintain stock accuracy against our inventory management system.
  3. Supply Chain Coordination: Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and other essential materials.
  4. Warehouse Management: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols, and overseeing waste disposal.
  5. Process Improvement: Contributing to identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Mechanical Experience: A strong background in mechanical maintenance and repair is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using our Beam app and Slack is required, as well as the ability to use initiative and creativity to solve problems.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with your team are crucial.
  • Organizational and Time Management: You must be able to organize your day, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: You will be comfortable lifting and moving 25kg+ e-vehicles throughout your shift.
