As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

  1. Mobilisation /Coordination of personnel logistics including FIFO travel and camp accommodation bookings
  2. Records and database management
  3. Word processing, data entry, correspondence and diary management
  4. Coordination of community events including logistics, planning and liaising with partnership representatives

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders
  • Managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Developing and maintaining databases and records systems
  • Coordinating community events and activities
