Business Operations Coordinator

If so, we may have the perfect role for you We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our team at Jacinth-Ambrosia.
As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
- Mobilisation /Coordination of personnel logistics including FIFO travel and camp accommodation bookings
- Records and database management
- Word processing, data entry, correspondence and diary management
- Coordination of community events including logistics, planning and liaising with partnership representatives
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders
- Managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Developing and maintaining databases and records systems
- Coordinating community events and activities
