High-End Project Manager

Job Description:

We seek a seasoned project manager to oversee construction workflows, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure quality standards are met across our premium assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of building upgrades and interior fit-outs.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive outcomes.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites.
  • Liaise with local council and manage development approval processes.
  • Prepare scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects.
  • Support longer-term development strategy across a wider property portfolio.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards across all project activities.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering.

Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.

Familiarity with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local DA processes.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proactive and highly organised, with a clear focus on premium outcomes.

Mandarin language skills highly regarded but not essential.
