Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations and champion a high-performing team.

  • Assist with managing daily activities
  • Build relationships with clients and respond to requests for additional services
  • Support, develop, and train team members in fostering a positive work culture
  • Approve timesheets, manage leave, and ensure accurate payroll inputs
  • Ensure full compliance with site readiness requirements including inductions, WAFs, and SOPs
  • Maintain system access and Learning Management System compliance
  • Promote a strong safety culture and proactively manage employee absences, performance, and grievances

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a remote operational environment and possess excellent communication, leadership skills, time management, problem-solving abilities, flexibility, adaptability, and confidence using workforce systems and managing compliance.

Requirements

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a remote operational environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic environments

Confidence using workforce systems and managing compliance
