Customer Service Team Member Role

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused professional to assume the role of Customer Service Team Member. As an integral member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling and banking integrity, tendering transactions, store multi-channel fulfillment and stock integrity, telephone management and inquiries, marketing and promotional activity, and contributing to financial performance through effective inventory management and control of controllable expenses.
  • Manage all sales channel fulfillment in accordance with established procedures.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a consistent positive store and channel experience for the customer and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required.
  • Contribute to The Good Guys brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing and presentation.
