About Your New Role

This is an excellent opportunity to obtain a secure, full-time, Monday to Friday position with a supportive working environment, and a genuine desire to see our people succeed.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Internal sales procedures and counter service to valued customers;
  • Providing a high level of customer service;
  • Assisting in the management of stock;
  • General warehousing duties as required;
  • Operation of the forklift, including picking and packing; and
  • Adhering to operational health and safety requirements.

What Makes You Successful?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ability to build relationships with trade customers;
  • A current forklift license or willingness to undertake this (company funded);
  • Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members and customers;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded; and
  • A driver’s license.
