We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Site Foreman to join our team at Frontline Recruitment Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential construction project in East Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that trades at the construction site operate in a cooperative and professional manner to deliver the project with the agreed quality, cost, and time parameters.
  • Influence construction teams, sub-contractors, and consultants towards the successful delivery of projects in a safe and sustainable way.
  • Report directly to the Site Manager and work closely with the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and Safety Advisor to ensure project success.
  • Must have a QBCC Open Supervisor licence and experience with multi-story residential projects, including basements.
  • Strong understanding of safety principles, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and build ability.
  • Deliver projects to the highest standard of client satisfaction and quality.
  • Comply with and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods of time, lifting materials, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Experience in Procore and Hammertech is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Team Player that is willing to share knowledge and train junior staff.
  • Must be dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
