Job Title:

Australian Family Lawyers has a vacancy for an experienced Legal Assistant.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in editing and formatting documents, including preparation of legal documents and correspondence. They will also manage e-Briefs and lodge court documents online, handle diary management, file management (financial & administrative), and general office administration duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in editing and formatting documents

  • Perform general office administration duties
Requirements
  • An experienced Legal Assistant with exposure to Family Law
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Proficient in using Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ideally legal software
