Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate graduate recruitment campaigns and career entry pathways for nursing and midwifery professionals.
- Oversee governance, workforce planning, and performance outcomes to meet strategic objectives.
- Manage financial, human, and material resources within the Nursing and Midwifery Central Recruitment Hub (NMCRH) portfolio.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams, and key stakeholders to achieve strategic priorities.
The successful candidate will provide strategic, operational, and professional leadership to the NMCRH, shaping workforce strategies and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
About You:- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Significant leadership experience at a senior nursing level.
- Expertise in workforce planning, recruitment processes, and health service delivery improvement.
- Advanced skills in fiscal management, data analysis, and quality improvement frameworks.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and lead diverse teams.
This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate staff to deliver high-quality care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of healthcare policy and legislation.
