Nursing and Midwifery Leadership Role
About the Role:- This is a leadership position that requires an experienced professional to provide clinical and corporate governance, shape service delivery, human and material management, and healthcare team communication.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service delivery, providing expertise in health care team communication, and developing data analysis and fiscal management skills.
- Fostering professional decision making in alignment with standards and frameworks is essential for this role, contributing to planning, coordination, and evaluation of standards of practice, models of care, and operational requirements.
- Collaboration and engagement with nursing and midwifery colleagues, internal and external stakeholders, committees, and advisory groups are crucial for supporting operational and strategic functions.
