Beauty Therapist RoleAbout the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to provide exceptional service through the delivery of spa and beauty treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform beauty and spa treatments including massage, facial, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on repeat business.
  • Be familiar with and knowledgeable about products used, recommend products to clients to generate retail sales.
  • Assist with reception duties and general housekeeping at the spa.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a spa environment, confident in performing treatments such as facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
  • A commitment to health and wellness.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
