Over the past three decades Cosmax has built an international reputation for growing successful fragrance and cosmetic brands and products throughout the Australian domestic retail markets.About the roleClé de Peau Beauté is excited to invite experienced part-time Beauty Advisors (referred to as Personalised Beauty Specialists, or PBS) to be among the first to represent the brand at a new counter in David Jones Bourke Street, Melbourne in this permanent part-time role 25 hours per week.You will help craft an exceptional "omotenashi" memorable shopping experience for your customers and will play a pivotal role in delivering expert advice on the Clé de Peau Beauté premium skincare and makeup collections while leading the in-store sales process.About youYou are a passionate individual with a deep understanding of the Clé de Peau Beauté brand and its products.
You have a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanour.You are motivated, eager to engage with customers, committed to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment, and will contribute to delivering the highest level of service and luxury to your clientele.Your key responsibilities will be to:Work as part of a strong sales team to promote products and achieve personal and counter sales targetsEngage with customers in a positive and motivational manner while providing excellent personalized servicesServe as the brand ambassador by educating customers on the brand's unique philosophiesParticipate in store events and new product launches, including PR eventsTo be successful in this role you will:Have at least 2-3 years of experience in skincare retail, ideally within the luxury space.Ideally have worked within the department store environmentHold a certificate in Makeup Artistry or have equivalent experience.Have excellent communication skills, and it would be an added advantage if you speak a second language.You possess a positive work attitude, are self-motivated and a team player.You are willing to work across all store hours, including weekends and public holidays.The role will provide you with:Training and developmentAttractive commission and incentive structureIf you have the relevant experience, please submit your cover letter and CV.As this is a permanent position you must have full work rights within Australia.
