    • The role involves conducting thorough credit risk assessments for various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, leveraged and trade finance.">
    • Covering diverse sectors such as infrastructure, energy, mining, real estate and natural resources.">
    • Preparing comprehensive credit due diligence reports, rating recommendations, risk alert assessments and ongoing monitoring of credit performance.">
    • Liaising with business functions to facilitate the credit application and approval process.">
    • Providing guidance to ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate potential risks associated with customers, industry sectors and transaction structures.">
    • Other credit and risk management tasks as assigned.">

  • Skill Requirements:">
    • ">
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in analyzing structured transactions.">
    • Independent decision-making skills and ability to identify risks with reasonable solutions.">
    • Ability to write comprehensive due diligence reports.">
    • Tertiary degree in commerce/business/finance.">
    • Good knowledge of corporate finance and institutional banking products.">
    • Proficiency in MS Excel for financial modeling, data manipulation and analytics.">
    • Excellent verbal and written language skills; proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is desirable.">
