Drive Business Transformation as a Strategic Planning Expert

This role offers the opportunity to join our Professional Services team, focusing on delivering business transformation and strategic planning engagements for our customers in the ANZ region.

The ideal candidate will combine deep functional & technical expertise with business consulting skills to design and implement enterprise-wide solutions that enhance organisational efficiency, agility, and decision-making. They will partner with senior executives to define business objectives, strategies, and roadmaps for enterprise performance management and connected planning initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior executives to define business objectives, strategies, and roadmaps for enterprise performance management and connected planning initiatives.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders, refine requirements, and develop planning solutions to cater to business needs.
  • Recommend and modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimisation, or to incorporate new functionality.
  • Provide strategic oversight of planning solution deployments, ensuring alignment with business goals, to-be process, and change management principles.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in business transformation and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise performance management and connected planning concepts.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with model development and modification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
