Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Analytics Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining planning and analytics solutions that support our critical business processes.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality results, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Your expertise in IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 development, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices will be essential in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 development and strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
  • Extensive IT experience in large retail environments, including strategic solution design, technical debt reduction, and success working with offshore TM1 / PA development teams
  • Proven leadership skills in managing development teams, leading Scrum processes, and driving positive change by challenging the status quo
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in TM1py and Python programming, with a strong understanding of API technologies and Cubewise tools (Arc, Pulse, and Atmosphere)
  • Solution Design & Communication: Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional solutions and translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
